Peace pact with mainland china and back to some historical facts relation with the U.S.
Fron 1945 to 1947 , under the United States mediation especially through the marshal mission , the Nationalists and the communists agreed to start a series of peace talks aiming at establishing a coalition government . They however failed to reach an agreement and the civil war was resumed. The National Assembly was called by the Nationalist (the KMT party ) without the participation of the communists party and promulgated the constitution of the ROC . After that , the full scale civil war started from early 1947. Before the talk peace agreement cautiously think about the process of democratic method . Take care ,Don't forget the commenting of the top mainland chinese negotiator ,Chen Yun-lin , as to put the economy First ,and Politics lates .If the united states will take part into the cross-strait talks how we have to respond.

The issues of Su Jia-Chyuan's farmhouse
Kuomintang legislator Chiu Yi has accused Su Jia-Chyuan and his wife Hung Heng Chu , of illegally building a luxury residence on a parcel of a farmland under the guise of farmhouse ,saying that the property is not being used for agricultural purpose at all in his complaint to the Control Yuan. According to the article 90, The control yuan shall be the highest control organ of the state , it shall exercise the powers of consent impeachment, censure and auditing. Article 95, The control Yuan may request the executive yuan and its commissions to make avilable any orders they have issued and all other relevant documents. We have also known about the followingg articles ,such as 99, ( 95,97,and 98 shall apply )and article 101, 102,103 ( for member of control yuan ) . I think the control yuan is the highest organ of the state ,the government of ROC. It will watch over all civil servants and others.

The notice from the president of R.O.C , Ma Ying-jeou
The president of ROC, Ma Ying-jeou spoke on the double ten day of 2011, as the relation with the mainland China The president said that over the past three-plus years our government has passed for improvement of cross-strait relations under the framwork of the ROC constitution and based on the 1992 consensus , " where under each side adhere to the one china principle . We are maintaining the status quo of no unification ,no independence and no use of force . ( the status quo of Taiwan ) . The ROC is our nation and Taiwan is our home . Today ,regardless of ethnic and political leanings between the local and expatriates are coming together to celebrate the birthday of ROC. I think ,it is the declaration of Taiwan cross-strait relation .step forward .
