1. Introducting some kinds of currency exchange tex.
2. Reduce military spending Budget.
3. Revisiting to the monetary system based on debt, such as , raising capital reserve
requirement for banks , and reducing leverage used by financial players .
4. Addressing financial markets and self-regulation , self-rating
